What I did
Since I ran a simple action to give it some color pop.
I then gave it a haze and lowered the Opacity of the haze.
I adjusted the Color Balance.
I added a Texture and lowered the Opacity to it and used a small brush to brush away the texture on the skin tones and the Brides dress.
